Ramsha Staffing is an employment agency that focuses on immigrants with low levels of English. We eliminate long processes of interviews and tests that stop people from landing a job to help them support their loved ones.
why statement
Haitian immigrants struggle with the American dialect because of the French and Haitian Creole languages. It becomes a challenge for them to prepare for a job interview even though they are qualified to perform the job requirements. Here at Ramsha Staffing, we will facilitate the Haitian community in Evansville to connect with employers more efficiently and quicker to go to work.

Joseph Moreau, a Haitian-American, founded Ramsha Staffing. He is a solopreneur who focuses on elevating the Haitian community in Evansville, IN. Joseph attended Evansville University and American Military University. He's working very closely with the small business development center to bring changes to the city.Ramsha Staffing builds brotherhood; we care about our people and our work.
